All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦), unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be completed through the payment methods made available on our website. We use third-party payment service providers, including Paystack where applicable, to process transactions securely.
An order will be processed after payment has been confirmed. A payment notification, debit alert or pending transaction status does not necessarily mean that an order has been successfully paid for.

Once a PIN or token has been revealed, redeemed or used, it may not be possible to reverse its use or restore its original value.
Because digital products may be delivered and used immediately, completed orders for successfully delivered and valid digital products are generally not eligible for refunds solely because a customer changes their mind or purchases the wrong product.
However, we will review complaints involving duplicate payments, failed delivery, invalid products supplied by us, incorrect fulfilment attributable to us or other legitimate issues.
